AH-HA! Monday we worked a lot on arms/chest.....Tuesday legs....go figure that WED is ABS! Yay! Today was actually on the "easy" side....or maybe I'm just getting stronger? When it was over I actually went, "THAT was an hour?". We did 12 different excercises for our Abs. Did you know there were so many different ways to strenghthen your abs? Oh yessireebob! We did planks, side planks, crunches, scissors, side crunches, push up holds and other stuff that's kinda hard to describe in writing. But you get the picture....AB DAY! Oh to have fit abs.... I'm on my way!!

Anyway - I feel good today.....sure, I'm sore from yesterdays Run/Leg/Hill Extravaganza but I feel like I'm getting stronger. We decided upon an arm wrestling challenge with the guys here in my office once this is all over with! Tickets will be on sale soon!
